The system of pneumatic fastening and positioning of the workpieces significantly reduces equipment downtime, and the design of the table allows for working with workpieces that exceed the size of the machine’s processed area.
The ATS-3005 has a mist cooling system in the cutting area to cool the tool and parts, remove chips, and facilitate machining. For more complex tasks, you can use the classic coolant supply system, which the machine also has.

Does a CNC machine provide tool cooling?
The ATS-3005 machine is equipped with a system for delivering cutting fluid (coolant) to provide additional lubrication and cooling for the tool. The coolant system is necessary for processing aluminium, copper, and other soft metals. This is a closed-circuit system to ensure continuous circulation of the cutting fluid.
How is the workpiece secured?
The workpiece is secured using pneumatic modules installed in the machine’s working area along the Y-axis, with four modules in total. The pneumatic clamps are controlled by a pedal, providing a convenient control system for the machine operator.
Can longer workpieces be installed?
The ATS-3005 machine’s worktable is through, allowing for the fixation of workpieces longer than the maximum processing area.
How many sides of the workpiece are processed without reinstallation?
In the CNC machine’s base configuration, the workpiece is fixed in one position, allowing for the processing of one side without reinstallation. Manual flipping of the workpiece is required to process the other side. Optionally, a rotary system can be installed, enabling the processing of three sides of the workpiece without reinstallation.
Can an automatic tool change (ATC) spindle be installed?
The ATS-3005 machine comes with a manual tool change spindle. Optionally, an ATC spindle and a linear-type magazine can be installed.
Is the fixture universal for securing all workpieces?
The fixture for securing workpieces is universal when the profile cross-section is simple (rectangle, square, circle, etc.). However, in the case of a complex cross-section, the fixture for securing is designed separately for each such profile.
What kind of compressor is necessary for a CNC machine?
An additional compressor is required for machines with automatic tool change. For stable and proper operation, a compressor capable of maintaining pressure at the machine’s input of 8-10 bar and having a productivity of 420 normal litres per minute is necessary. The preferred volume of the compressor’s receiver should be at least 200 litres.
